Frequently Asked Questions Section

  • Can a sponsor acquire additional Wellable registrations beyond their Sponsorship allotment?

Yes, you can purchase more, and we will invoice you separately for the total amount used minus your allotment. The schedule for Incremental registration costs will be as follows by Sponsor level:

·      Patron: $100

·      Bronze: $100

·      Silver:  $50

·      Gold: $50

·      Platinum: $40

·      Diamond: $30

The one exception to this price structure will be if your incremental purchases move you into a higher sponsorship level where you would enjoy a higher allotment of registrations. We will make sure to invoice the Sponsor at the lower of the two costs – incremental dollar value of moving up to a higher sponsor level versus the incremental costs of buying additional registrations.

Example: A Gold ($5,000) Sponsor with an allotment of 50 Wellable registrations wants to have another 110 associates take part in the Challenge for a total of 160. Given the current schedule, the Sponsor would incur an additional cost of $5,500 (110 @$50 each) in addition to the $5,000 first Sponsor investment. In this scenario, we would allow the Sponsor to move to the Platinum level for an additional $5,000 and enjoy a larger incremental number of registrations, e.g., 200 vs. 110.

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR REGISTERING ASSOCIATES OF MCWC SPONSORS?
